Moira Youth vs Markethill match report

A fantastic squad performance again this week from all the boys saw us run out winners against a determined Markethill side. First half goals from James K who opened the scoring with a superb finish, Rueben with an amazing hat-trick and Keanan and Max keeping up their recent goal scoring run established a commanding lead at half time. More goals followed in the 2nd half from Curtis with 2 cracking goals, Thomas with a typically expert finish and Luke who converted a superb penalty having been fouled himself just seconds earlier. Special mention to our back 4 players who were immense all game long and especially against a strong wind in the 2nd half. MOTM this week goes to Max for putting in a selfless shift to create space & goals for his team mates.

Great attitude from all the boys today so let’s keep it going for the rest of the season.
